It is always my great pleasure to meet and chat with art lovers, especially those who have followed my work through the years. This year has been a significant period of evolution for me as an artist. While continuing to work with oil colors, I have embraced the use of transparent oil layers. This technique creates a mysterious and intriguing background, allowing the subject to emerge from the atmosphere with a sense of vitality and movement.

My work is characterized by vibrant colors and strong contrasts between light and dark passages, which bring my subjects—often people and animals—to life. These living, moving subjects are captured in moments of dynamic energy, reflecting the essence of their existence.

It has been my honor to receive numerous awards and accolades, including first place at the Marin County Fair in 2017 and first place in the “Best and Brightest” show in Scottsdale in 2016. These recognitions affirm my commitment to exploring new techniques and pushing the boundaries of my artistic expression.
