When I was eight years old I declared to the world that I would become an artist. My plan went well until I discovered all of the diverging paths that life requires – but I continue making art and looking at the world with that lens.

In my work I try to reflect the beauty and singularity of living in Marin – the hills, the trees, the air. I’m inspired by Richard Mayhew and the way in which he seems to see the spirit of color and form in his work.
