Taking over a 100 year-old business is no small feat, but Kaity Galvez is up to the task, recently completing a remodel of the building — enclosing the patio and adding bi-fold doors for an indoor-outdoor feel — among other changes. Galvez plans a menu of mainstays and seasonal sandwiches like Perry’s Ranch with chicken, bacon, Jack cheese, and ranch dressing and a Fig Apple Brie with caramelized onions. A brunch menu and happy hour with charcuterie boards is in the works for spring.
