Heather Leigh is a holistic trainer who focuses on multidimensional fitness from strength training to yoga. She’s led retreats around the world in both of these disciplines and now hosts these classes in her studio alongside pilates, HIIT and more. Heather works with clients to improve their bodies and minds, connecting their physical health to their spirituality. With over 25 years of coaching and training experience, Heather is continually taking classes to evolve her training and improve her understanding of the body and mind. She teaches a variety of fitness methods, including power yoga, hot yoga, HIIT, pilates, yoga sculpt and more.
