Perched above The Trident on Sausalito’s expansive waterfront, the restaurant’s interior design by Petaluma’s Maureen Kelsey includes stone tabletops, velvet chairs, hand-woven wall coverings, and glass accents in an understated palette. The European-Asian fusion menu, crafted by chef Cody Buchholz, offers both prix-fixe and a la carte options, featuring dishes like miso Chilean sea bass and imperial Wagyu strip loin. An extensive wine program is curated by wine director Marco Buffa, while the bar program is overseen by in-house mixologist Alvaro Calle, with a late-night bar program also in the works. This new U.S. outpost of the India-based restaurant group is led by 20-year-old CEO Nikita Khandheria, a resident of Tiburon.
